Since 1 June, we have been rolling out DIALOG+, 
a holistic care plan which supports a guided conversation between a health professional and a service user. DIALOG+ is a national directive from NHS England. 
We will be hosting an information session, facilitated by staff with lived experiences, so that you can ask questions and share your experiences of using DIALOG+ .
